About
I work where data, machine learning and education meet: one part building and analysing systems, the other part running programmes that put them in front of students.
My internships have covered machine learning, data analytics and educational technology, from speech-to-text pipelines and LLM-based question generation to full-stack web applications. At VLED Labs I coordinate research and run the Summership internship programme on the Samagama learning platform.

Experience
Research and Programme Coordinator
VLED Labs / Vicharana Shala, IIT Ropar
- Manage the Summership 2026 internship programme on the Samagama platform, overseeing around 20 undergraduate interns through daily standups, escalation triage and certification.
- Coordinated a certificate and viva process for about 100 students, and an endorsement network with a three-level structure.
- Supported the launch and onboarding of around 700 students, including a support desk and the Spurti Points gamification system.
- Built a data extraction and analysis framework for 4,000+ records of crowdsourced query resolution, and am preparing conference submissions from it.
- Contribute to platform engineering on Tenali (React, Vite, Tailwind) and the FLN assessment platform.
Student Intern

- Engineered a speech-to-text pipeline for transcript generation, with audio segmentation and NLP-based post-processing of educational content.
- Developed a context-aware video segmentation system using transformer-based embeddings and similarity computation to split long educational videos into coherent, topic-based chunks.
- Created an automated question generation system for educational videos using LLMs and custom prompt templates.
- Built a web scraper and data processing pipeline for Annam.ai, an agriculture chatbot for rural Indian farmers.
- Helped plan and organise a module-based hackathon, writing documentation and setting up GitHub repository structures.
- Implemented full-stack MERN applications, including a YouTube video player with analytics tracking and secure authentication.
- Collaborated on automating Zoom polls with open-source speech recognition models to improve engagement during lectures.

- Built a regression model in Python to predict a company's profit from its R&D, administration and marketing spend: compared regression algorithms, split the data into training and test sets, calculated regression metrics and chose the best model.

AITranscripts, topic segmentation and generated questions for lecture videos.
A speech-to-text pipeline with audio segmentation and NLP post-processing, a video segmentation system built on transformer embeddings and similarity scoring, and an LLM-based question generator using custom prompt templates.
Annam.ai data pipeline
AIData collection for an agriculture chatbot serving rural farmers.
A web scraper and processing pipeline that collects and structures information from government portals and agricultural resources for the Annam.ai chatbot.
FLN assessment platform
PlatformFoundational learning assessment for rural schools, at scale.
Randomised question papers, camera-based answer capture, automatic evaluation and adaptive recommendations. Competencies follow NIPUN Bharat: 3 goals, 13 competencies and 57 learning outcomes.
Tenali
PlatformA learning platform front end.
Built with React, Vite and Tailwind. My work covers routing, Google sign-in, email one-time codes, and deploying research and case-study pages.
Crowdsourced query resolution
ResearchHow students answer each other's questions on Samagama.
A data extraction and analysis framework over 4,000+ records covering queries, resolutions, skip and escalation events, the FAQ table and student metadata. It also studies the Spurti Points endorsement network as a research instrument. A conference abstract is in preparation.
